More about Rosie...

Passionate about helping and enabling people to be their authentic selves, to make a difference in their work and personal lives, and to develop their true potential

Rosie is an organisation and leadership development consultant. She is involved in a range of projects, from working with top teams to help develop shared vision, values and goals through to designing, facilitating and delivering leadership programmes, team events, strategic change programmes and workshops. She develops highly effective working relationships and partnerships, specialises in facilitation and creative design for learning and is an expert in organisation development (OD) and leadership, coaching and large group interventions (LGIs) for change.

Rosie was nominated by the internationally renowned Roffey Park Institute as their client nominee for the 2005 CIPD People Management Awards for the work she had done in the OD and leadership field.

Previously, Rosie held senior management positions, leading large geographically dispersed teams. For six years, she was Head of OD and HR with a large housing association in the South East. Her work in the field of OD was externally recognised as ‘exemplary’ and significantly transformed organisation and people development practice. As Head of Learning and Development for a large government agency in London and the South East, she led and developed a team of 13 learning and development managers and 120 consultants, designing and delivering leadership and training, personal development programmes and large group events to 13,000 senior leaders, managers and staff. She also sat on associated national policy and strategy groups for corporate learning and development. She worked at board and director level to develop an empowering, customer- and people-focused culture.

Rosie designed and facilitated a number of large group interventions for change, including the first, participative Ministerial New Deal Conferences for the UK’s top 1,500 Chief Executives. In the Midlands, Rosie led a number of politically challenging and innovative inner city projects, working with the media, council and other leading agencies and partners during the regeneration of inner Birmingham.

Early on, Rosie developed a passionate interest in people, their interactions and individual and collective development. She recognised that performance in organisations could be significantly transformed through working with people at a more meaningful level of interaction and dialogue, identifying, understanding and valuing difference and empowering them to make their own substantial contributions.

Rosie has an MA in Management Learning. She is trained and experienced in LGIs, such as Real Time Strategic Change, Open Space, and Future Search, is a trained Appreciative Inquiry Practitioner and is MBTI Certified. She is also a Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Master Practitioner, Hypnotherapist and certified Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) Practitioner.
