Robert is an expert in leadership, team and individual development and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) in business. He is an internationally renowned consultant, motivational trainer and is an executive coach to high-flying business leaders as well as a developer and designer of leadership training programmes. Robert specialises in using the most powerful developmental psychologies to enable people to realise their individual potential.
Robert’s consultancies, trainings and workshops cover a balance of high-profile corporate work, coaching and training other trainers. His clients have been drawn from all walks of life and from nearly 50 different nationalities. Robert’s considerable business experience and depth of psychotherapeutic practise makes him an impressive consultant. His track record of success, coupled with his own passion for excellence has proved to be a powerful combination.
Initially in the UK, Robert’s corporate consultancy expanded quickly into the international arena. Some of the organisations Robert has worked with are IBM (Europe, Middle East and Africa), Motorola (Europe), Cable and Wireless (UK and Caribbean), Alstom (Europe), Solvay (Europe, Middle East, Far East and Australia) and American Express (USA and Europe). He was a negotiating adviser to the United Nations’ peace-keeping force in Bosnia. He has also worked with various international organisations to help understand cultural differences.
As a leadership mentor and coach since the 1980s Robert has researched the dynamic development of personal psychology. In parallel he also studied therapeutic counselling and psychotherapy. Robert’s early career was spent at the cutting edge of management in the retail, fashion and cosmetics sectors following extensive study with many of the original developers of NLP, a Postgraduate Diploma in Management Studies and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA).
Robert is registered as a psychotherapist with the UK Council for Psychotherapy and is supported by a wealth of qualifications, including Advanced Master Practitioner and Master Trainer for NLP, Diploma in Humanistic Counselling, Advanced Diploma Transactional Analysis, Advanced Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling, Certified Hypnotherapist, Certificate in Counselling Supervision, Certificate in Solution Focussed Brief Therapy and Instructor of Hypnotherapy with the American Board.
