Ian is a specialist in individual leadership and team development training and coaching. He is an executive coach, an emotional intelligence assessor and coach, and leadership trainer. He has over 25 years’ experience leading people and organisations in the pursuit of high performance and excellence whilst working within a number of large organisations at senior leadership level. Ian works with chief executives, divisional managers, and board-level members of medium-sized to multi-billion pound publicly trading organisations in the UK, Europe, and the USA.
Ian holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA), has attended a number of specialist business courses at the leading global business school, IMD, in Lausanne, Switzerland. These include Leadership, Creativity, Managing Change and Advanced Marketing. He is also a certified Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Trainer, Certified NLP Coach and a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
